Ranking of a website depends on the two factors-on-page n off-page.
For good ranking, website owner needs to do proper planning with keyword research.
On-page with Keyword stuffing in the content, meta tags and title tag etc.
Off-page with forum posting, social bookmarking, article and directory submission, blog posting and blog commenting etc.
