The answer is... create backlinks... there is no "instant" way to get PR so you will have to work your way up in Google.

By means of SEO! But attaining high page ranking by means of SEO isn't a silver bullet that once applied, one can get immediate results. You need to dedicate enough amount of time and effort to be able to get good results.

To get PR in less time span, the first step is your content should be high quality and unique. After you developed your site with unique content, the next step is creating the link building methods to high PR sites. That will make your site rank high.

Increase in PR is a slow process and you have to be careful with your backlinks. As Google has already penalised many site because of low quality backlinks. Look for relevant high PR websites.

Yeah its ture! Usually it takes time to increase the web site page rank when compared to website ranking. You can increase your keyword ranking in short time by doing quality work, but it may take time to increase page rank. You have to wait after doing quality work.

| Getting a good PR in just less time is difficult task. Generally PR is updated after 3-4 month. I suggest to have a good internal linking structure and submit the URL in high PR and quality sites to boost the PR. That's it. |

| Structure a nice internal linking. Link the inner links with each other. I had 1 PR for my site but after updating the internal linking way, my site's PR was updated and now it is 2 PR. |

It is not easy to get high PR easily you have to perform many Off page SEO tasks like directory submission, article submission, profile submission, forum posting, social bookmarking. You also have to keep in mind about the quality of content and high PR websites.

Page rank depends not only on the quality and the quantity of the incoming links but also on several other parameters such as the number of outgoing links per page (on the linking webpage), the position/visibility of the links and more.
