Hi,
I have heard several times that if I submit my site to Yahoo Directory it will get me indexed better with Yahoo search engine. Whether or not it is true or if it is worth the couple of hundred dollars per year I do not know.Google is the king for my website, the amount of traffic from other search engines is close to none.

That's very broad question. If i name all the ways, I will spend all day here. I like press releases submissions, cause it's easy, fun and free. Also articles writing and spinning and surely meta tags, always play with it, change it and track response to changes.

But beyond all those options, getting your site listed in a directory, DMOZ and Google/Yahoo/Bing can help.
