What is the best time for affiliate to change the banner ads??
Can you suggest how frequently affiliates should replace the banner ads of vendors?

I think you need to track you banner conversion rates. You may find one is converting well and some are not. Just keep experimenting until you find a couple that work well and rotate them

To run a great campaign, it is essential to change your banner ad and often avoid banner blindness. One of the best ways to do this is to create a simple ad rotation. Rather than provide the site with a link to your ad image. Create a script that will turn more of your banners instead.

All good answers around here. But I don't think the banner is the problem. As long as it has the message and right colors etc ... ( once a banner is seems good ) well is a banner.
Consider other areas that might affect sales: not enough affiliates, etc.

First thing is that you mst have some decent amount of traffic.If you have that then place the banner ad.However yo also need to check how well your banner ads are performing in terms of making money.
