Does anyone have experience managing multiple lists?

I currently have several different lists that are receiving the same AR series after opting-in to one of the various forms I have on my website.

I'm just wondering if anyone else is doing this. If so, I am interested in discussing effective strategies for managing different lists on one, or more, website.

My goal (probably everyone's goal) is to minimize my workload while maximizing my conversion ratio.
