Post subject: Help with SafeList

I just finished watching a video from Corey Lewis regarding SafeLists. He mentions ViralURL, ListBandit, and ListJoe. My problem is that the video is a little out-dated. Are these still good sources or are there better ones?
I am on a tight budget. He says that each of these are around $200 for the package that would be beneficial and not a waste of time. If all SafeLists are that price, I probably will be able to afford only one SafeList membership.

Just stay away from safelists! They will do you more harm than good.
And I'd say that's an up-to-date statement...

Learn to build a list for yourself, safelists will not build a business for you, they'll just waste your $
