It is kind of like one page blog. It is very popular, and you can easily rank it high in the serps. However, it has to be updated, and it has to have traffic besides the search engines coming to your site.

Squidoo is a hosted community site where you can post content/articles in a revenue sharing model.
A "lens" is the content/article you create.
In my opinion if you want to make money Hubpages and their "Hubs" is a better choice.

I have read this all of the stuff and as per my knowledge the Squidoo lens creation technique is to create a lens on the popular website. Lens is created on a website which focuses on you keywords and subject matter while submitting it to many social bookmarking websites.

I have been on Squidoo for just a few months now and am just beginning to have some success with it. Definitely one of the best "free" tools out there for affiliates to use.

Oh, I have an account in Squidoo, but I don't know much about Squidoo len and didn't make use of it. I mostly skip this site. Thanks for sharing the information. I'll be back and do it better.

I don't have any idea regarding its history, but so far, Google loves it. It's in the same league as Hubpages. You need to make sure, though, that you submit original content in Squidoo.
