here mention information is very nice and helpful but there is one question is that why people do black hate SEO.
such things increase our complexity for searching for appropriate keywords and increase overheads on us, because there is many times we have to search for specific link when we not found exact result for specific keyword.

Kind of contradicts the rest of what you say.
If they are "CONSTANTLY" changing then whatever you do today will likely have no impact... as by the time what you think is working would take effect it would have already changed.
If you expect to rank based solely on linking you are in for a big surprise.

Mine SEO tips are:
1. Add quality content
2. Create Meta tags have your top most keywords in it but not just filling keywords everywhere
3. Good internal linking within the site
4. Get related quality backlinks
5. Create articles and blogs and submit them
6. Create Sitemap and submit to Google sitemap
