Hey guys. One of my coaching club students put me onto this discussion recently that posed the question, "Best way to make $2000 in 30 days". The criteria is shown at the start of the post below. Now whilst not all of the ideas are good imo, there are some interesting spins in there and I believe (a) A newbie
could certainly get a start from at least one of these and (b) It might give the older hands
amongst us some food for thought on spinning one of these. Even though I would feel at this stage I have seen and done most of everything online, I still feel I can learn from stuff like this and point of fact I have personally put two into operation out of curiosity. So, have a read and a think, there is a veritable wealth of suggestions below. Its a long post though, just to be forewarned but well worth 20 minutes of your time I think. Disclaimer: May require workJ Its also too big to post in one part so I will be breaking it up
Criteria for money making idea:
1. It must be something you have actually tried and made money with.
2. You have to post the time it took you and how much take home PROFIT you received from the
technique.
I’ll be judging the techniques based on uniqueness, ease to implement, and time involved. If you
don’t have a money making idea, traffic generation techniques are acceptable as well, as long as
you have actually generated a lot of traffic with the technique.

I think, there is no way to earn $2000 with in 30 days. I want to earn some money but this is not way. If i can do that then tell me how i can do it.

Actually making money withing 30 days is a peanuts with the program that has a high payout and converts fast.
It's all depends on your skills.
Some time you can get it done even with a few calls, no need for building an online empire.
Search for the right program and right channels to reach your audience, not just the most popular ones.

James, Linda, is like most of the other people on this forum. They're here top promote their pathetic theories.
What would you say if I told you I made £3,479.56 this month from amazon.co.uk ... you'd look would you.

put the two side by side, some person who says they've earned £3,479.56 or me who's honestly earned £3.35 ... who would you listen to?
NOw here's the rub. I do know a very successful marketer on a very personal basis who has made a huge amount of money by .... wait for it ..... lying about their income. Heaven forbid .. nooooooo!!!! I'm afraid it's true.
He states he made like $300,00000,0000 per month via adsense. In fact he made less than me and I've earned just over £14 since Aug from adsense, but people are willing to buy his pathetic book on adsense becasue he lies (noooooooo) about his income.
And don't believe in all those videos where people show you live.. . their income. that's a whole different story.
Just be careful mate.

you don't have to be rich, simple give the persona that you are and simple and intelligent people will believe you. That, form what i've seen, is what interent marketing thrives on.
as for me, i'm successful in my own way, just not in moneytry terms. my main site now gets over 200,000 i get loads of free gear, but of all my efforts i only earn a few hundred dollars, and no one has told me why my trafic has increase over 10 times in the last 2-3 years yet my income is the smae ... no-one.
I've sought advice from skilled and rich business people and they've given me suggestions, none of them has worked, so again "it's the story that sells"
anyone can say "email lists, you've got to build your email list ... that'll be $47" but for me it hasn't worked. 37 page views from my last newletter to over 5,000 forum members that's my response. I get a greater response by simply hitting the 'Annouce' option to a forum post! Neither has pop-up signups, newsletters or promoting associated products.
so i've been stcuk on $200 per month (bit more some months) and paying for advice ebooks etc that haven't worked .... ergo the story/advice sells bettter than the actual results. |

I think that if you have better knowledge and education, you are able to earn this amount. and exactly what the title says I make $2000 Australian Dollars per month for just 30 mins a days work maintaining good ranking on the search engines and writing 1 blog post here and there for my site DanLew.com

I definitely think that affiliate marketing can make you 2000$ in 30 days! It really just depends on what kind of work you want to put in! If your only willing to put in 10-15 hrs of work per week then no but if you work at it, affiliate marketing is a money tree!
As long as you do everything you need to do, like making sure you have backlinks, quality content, keywords, stay active on forums blogs social media, and stay on it you will have no problems!

I guess racyhall11 i've become ... disenchanted about people promoting theories via ebooks (not you in particular racyhall11). I guess I after watching my friend lie his way to the bank in his Lexus LS460, i just feel ... not angry, but .. cheated.
I remember one huge and very successful internet marketer (no names) send out a newletter in which he stated that "he'd made an arrangement that his readership had a special discount" and if i clicked the link it would send me to a special page with the discount. Remember "a special discount that he had agreed with the web-master.
The software or product he was promoting was such an obscure thing, i can't remember what it was web-hosting or something. the only problem was that the week before i had stumbled on this ... product and his so called special agree and special page was nothing of the sort. The reason i know is because at the time i'd bookmarked the site.
I won't give any names I'll just give the initials Y.S.
I think for me, that was the start of my... waking up to the amount of bull that people produce.
I literally had over 50 subscriptions to internet marketing newsletters but i cut that down to 3, one of them being Allan.
I've said this before and I'll say it again.... I have had issue with some of the products and services Allan has promoted (i'll explain in a moment), but have absolutely no issue with Allan. out of the many people I've come across I trust Allan 1000%. I really think he's 'The Man' along with Ken Evoy .. although I think SBI is pricey. ..... I think it was $299 oer year when i bought it.
I'm just perplexed at how so many people can promote products and services, but no one can help me solve the problem of why my income hasn't budged in the last 3 years. Believe me trying another auto responder or buying an ebook on SEO is no help.
For my target market I rank number 1 nearly every time. I've even written on my blog, to see it ranked 4th in google after less than an hour ... so my SEO is fine.
I've got looks of links to my site from other sites connected with my niche. I can't think that with 200,000 page views this month and over 70,000 unique visitors, that my site is suffering an issue with traffic. I guess my high ranking is responsible for having so much traffic. I don't need more traffic, I need more money.
I guess also I quick became desenseitzed to the 'Sales page' some big headline, a few (sometimes made up from what i've seen) testimonials about how fabulous the product/service is .. i just got bored with it all. All i do now (if indeed i do look), all i want to know is how much its going to cist me, so i skip everythign else and scroll down to the bottom.
I don't care what Jeff from whyarewehere.com hast to say I want to know what it can do for me.
I have two admin guys, one admin/webdesign and the other helped me with my newsletter. But now i get more luck by posting in my forum and annoucing it straight away.
Last announceemnt got over 130 views in two hours as opposed to 37 in total for my last newsletter. Explain that?

I think you should try affiliate program.If you work with adsense then you have to work hard for a long time.If you work with affiliate program and promote it well then you can make more than 2000 dollar per month easily by making a few sales or leads.

Guys it really is possible to make $2000 a month... I have done it an more for the last 100 months in a row. Have a little faith and keep trying.

phew, thank goodness. so you're a seller! the thing is that I could make thousands if i wanted to sell, but i was promised thousands if I went into promoting affiliate products. after 4 years and nearly 100,000 unique visitors to my site per month, I'm still waiting to see the pay off!
if I wanted to get into making up a story about how earned $27,895 in three months (like my friend) or lying to my readership about how I've set up a 'special deal' like Y.S. did ...when i haven't .... I’d be laughing. Unfortunately I'm just too honest!
Thanks Chris for showing me, however ... how can i put this .... you're in a different area of making money than i am. You're dealing with direct sales (so to speak), where I'm not. so advice is going to be different for the both of us. I've never wanted to deal with physical products, like is said, i was lead to believe that by having a huge site with loads of traffic would be a cash cow. There are many techniques most of which have never worked for me. the worst was using an auto-responder and building an email list. 1 sign up in two months... hardly the big catch!
at the moment I’m trying to build on the traffic side of things. I've redesigned my whole forum and I’m going to launch/relaunch very soon. The new forum will have a easy-to-add gallery and media segments. hopefully this will entice more participation.
I came to the realization that people visit my site to 'check' or to see if there's any 'new info'. my bounce rate is 54% which is high. but I’m combining the blog and forum in one .... page. at the moment the blog and forum operate separately, and although most of my blog posts include link to the forum, it's not an integral part of the site, but the new format is. |
