I have worked hard to get my veterinary advice site up and running efficiently.

I would love an honest opinion of whether the site looks professional or "home made".

Any tips on how I can improve my design?

Truly, it looks very professional!

Personally, I would probably prefer a background behind the left column, but I'm not sure it's needed.
