Hello,
This is my first post, but I've been reading the archives and past posts for a while. Great Forum, Thanks Allan.
You guys, kathy & phil, need to be more careful when posting things like that! I lost at least 5 hours of productivity on those sites!!! 
I guess sometimes you just need to do that...
Anyway, back to business, here's a site I found that has quite a few free tools that run on your PC. They're all small files, 300-500kb or so but very useful.
Keyword tool, IP checkers, branding tool, ppc tools and more.
