There are plenty of ways to make money online. And it varies from $0.01 (Search for PPC Programs) to $100 or more (selling products or becoming an affiliate).
So here's some basic ideas :
1. Becoming an affiliate (Go to clickbank, Paydotcom, or Commission Junction).
2. Becoming a blog owner (Monetize your blog and make money from ads, such as adsense or adbrite).
3. Becoming a product seller (Sell your own product or service; ie. books, website designer, guitar lessons, etc).
4. Find an online job (look at freelancer.com or odesk).
5. Join a Pay per click member (Click add and get small percentage).
Overal, there are plenty ways to make money online, you just need to put your effort and dedication to it.

You could do a joint venture with someone who owns a Group on FaceBook so they can promote CPA offers to their Group members and then split the commisions 50/50 with you. This sounds like very easy money.
Ive been trying this for over a week now but i haven't earned anything from it yet. Ive contacted about 70 Group owners so far.
2 Group owners have agreed to a partnership with me but i haven't heard from them in the last couple of days.

Absolutely, you need to find mentor, who can teach you

The best way to make money is to think long term, and start building a list. Don't try to sell something right away. Give away a free e-Book at first....provide value enough for someone to sign up through you squeeze page. After you have a list building, like in Aweber for example, then you can start marketing to that list.

Have a good niche and strong keywords. If you have a good niche then when a product starts to not perform as well then you can change it with the lastest and greatest and not your whole site or blog. This will provide you with a better footing in the run in your market. You will not loose the traffic you started to build.

There's no secret, you have to work and hard.
You can start by joining an affiliate program that allows your marketing method (FCMailer, PPC, SEO, Call center, etc)
If you don't have a preferred method yet, then do some research, read a lot about AM and choose whatever you find appropriate. When making your choice, don't forget you will be doing this for a long time, so try something that you really like

There is a NOT best way...
Its the way you feel most comfortable..
I would start with something simple like affiliate marketing..with no monthly fees and free autoresponder..
A program with a awesome back-office that teaches me to advertise
That way I will not nickel and dime myself to death before making my first sale..
Focus on Free Methods of advertising to gain some sales and confidence...
And you off my friend..
