The titles on the last 2 Florida ideas say Arizona.
I think it is a great site that will really get the creative juices flowing for vacation ideas.
I noticed you are gettin a lot of generic travel ads with Adsense, some of those may change with time, as ads get better targeted as traffic increases. But, if they don't, you should be prepared to offer direct information to help people plan their vacations, and this may include some "finder fee" referrals similar to Nora's Anguilla beaches site.
Also, if you can, provide some small pictures for a few of the items, or do a content page on some of the items (as you can I realize you have a ways to go) and offer some beautiful pictures. When it comes to travel especially, pictures can be worth a 1000 words.

Hi Peter,
Excellent global concept and demo showing the possibilities with adsense, SBI etc.
Just a couple little things to consider or fix...
Check your walking shoes article. There is some odd text at the beginning.
You might want to take your email address off so the spam bots don't get it. Use form built it instead.
Just an idea for your idea site...
If you are planning a newsletter you might also want to consider a site update alert. Alerts are becoming a popular feature these days. All kinds of sites are featuring them and it would work great for your site for possible subscribers to sign up.
With SBI, you can create multiple newsletters if you want to.
All the best

Debs and Phil CA thanks for the encouraging words, proofreading and advice. Yes, I will try to get some pics up after I do all the text grunt work. I hadn't planned on a newsletter because I just don't envision my being able to sustain it but who knows. Some kind of update alert does seem like a good idea though.
I had noticed the fact that I was getting lots of the same generic Google travel ads on all my pages and was wondering what to do about that. That doesn't seem very productive and will have to be dealt with somehow if it continues. I guess I'll worry about that after I start getting some actual traffic
Regards all,
