Here best information for use best language for creating websites. I think HTML is a basic languages for programming and CSS for designing. Html 5 is going to be the new web standard. Knowing html inside and out will make web design a million times easier. CSS is the way of styling html so it is useful as well.

Most of my recent graduates (I teach computer science) say that there is a huge demand for Java and C#. So you're in pretty good shape but it wouldn't hurt at all to get some C# and .NET experience if you can. COBOL is about dead; most of my friends who were COBOL programmers are either in or done with COBOL-to-Java conversions and now do most of their coding in Java. Sadly, C and C++ are fading fast in the business sector.

The two sites you mentioned in the tutorials is very thin. When the page is still static, it is not PHP amount needed. If you know a little C that could easily come to PHP or ASP.net. They are great, but involves a lot of coding. Asp.Net is one of the best languages for new sites and additional concepts have many characteristics Asp.Net. First try to take advantage of new services.However, Java has become one of the safest technologies for website and software development.

According to me, Java and ASP.net is the best languages for creating websites. That gave attractive results.

I think HTML languages is best for creating web site. The basic languages for programming is HTML/XHTML and CSS for designing . Also javascript and PHP would help a lot.

I have no idea of which language you are asking. When it is understandable language I would say English where everybody can understand easily because it is an international language and when it comes to the computer language you can do it in PHP where it is an open source or else go with Microsoft product where you have to pay more.

I think if you want to make simple and easy website then it is better to use HTML and CSS. Also you can use ASP.NET for the further upgrading of the site because it has many upgraded features.

Judging for your question : I would recommend going for a ready build freemium solution and as your site scale up you can switch to the premium services then you can start thinking on the variety of HTML and CSS language soup.

Today, 60-70% of websites are built in PHP, so my personal recommendation would be to use PHP with MySQL. One of the advantage of using PHP is that you can integrate HTML in it.
