I have followed the instructions in GoogleCash and others and searched for a keyword(s) that don't have any ads on them, with many searches. This one has no ads and gets 1 million + searches a month. But I can't find a suitable product to advertise that is targeted to the people who are searching.

I will have to be vague here, because I don't want to give it away. It has to do with home improvement / home decor.

I have thought about putting a website that is targeted toward decor and home improvement and has links to affiliate programs, but I know nothing about this topic.

I have run a adword campaign advertising a home decor e book, got 100's of clicks (at 10% click thru) but no purchases.

I have a question: Do you think that there are no one running an adword campaign because there is nothing to advertise?

I would like to know if there is anyone interested that would like to work with me on this, compensated or pro bono.

send me email at sales@modaimports.com if you would like to discuss this.

Thank you.

how about ebay. as I've heard many ebay affiliates are using adwords in their promotions and since ebay is such a huge marketplace, there must be auctions for the products that could be promoted to the niche you discovered.
recently there have been few topics on ebay affiliate program int his forum too. it might be worth checking out.

I have found that some keywords are related to other topics which cause you to have a lower than normal CTR. Because Google will eventually drop an ad campaign with a low CTR it can be difficult to keep your ads up. Using alot of negative keywords is very helpful in these cases.
