Post subject: top ten search engine rank-but no sales

Hi Everyone,
Im confused!, there are five pages of my domain with "top ten" page ranking for my chosen keyword-however within the past 3 months ive had very little or no sales from at least 3 pages.
True my domain has only been up for five months-but i had lower page ranking with them before but higher sales?
I have not changed anything since, One further thing not one of my pages register with google?
Please help

maybe the term you are listed for is low demanded?
i had a website that was number one - ten with all big se, and there where around 400.000 other results, so i always expected, that there is there shoulb be some demand on it. But then i found out, that there where only a dozen requests a day for that term. so did you check this? if not, try the url...

I would agree with this. Instead of comparing what rank you get for your keyword, compare the unique visitors vs sales. That would more likely reflect the performance of your website.

That's what it is all about if you are getting the traffic and not the sales the best thing to do it sell ad space on your site . |

A few years ago I had a large safelist I was selling banner impressions for 2 cents each by the time a member logged in and got his email out 5 banners had been shown that was a dime in my pocket
