I would like to do check out websites that make big dollars selling health and nutrition products. How can I find them? I'm not just interested in their traffic stats, but their actual online sales volume...

go to clickbank.com and look under the catagory you specified. Clickbank ranks its number 1 sellers at the top so that should give you a good idea which ones sell the most.
