CSS means cascading style sheets and it is a mark up language for building websites. Similar to HTML

Hi Maureen, I assume you're talking about RSS feeds. Blogs and many web sites have RSS feeds.
(I've added "[RRS feeds?]" to the title of your post.)
You can find RSS directories by doing a search for Google for "rss directories". You'll find page like this:
http://www.dotsauce.com/2007/06/06/55-active-rss-directories-to-help-promote-your-feeds/
RSS feeds are useful because they enable busy people to use an RSS Reader to scan the headlines from dozens of blogs and web sites and then just click on the headlines which interest them.
One way to get your own RSS feed is to start a blog using WordPress. Your RSS feed will be part of the package.
The best way to start learning about RSS feeds to join a few. It doesn't have to cost you anything except a little bit of time.
Here's a very simple way to do it...
First, set up your own personalized version of Google at iGoogle - www.google.com/ig
Download the free Firefox browser from www.mozilla.com/firefox . I use it. It's good.
Use the FireFox browser to visit a blog or a site that has an RSS feed. You'll see a little orange icon displayed in the address bar near the top of the page. Click on the icon, and follow the instructions to subscribe to the site's RSS feed and you'll be able to see the RSS headlines displayed on your personalized Google home page. (There's also a Google RSS Reader, but you don't have to use it.)
I hope that helps more than it confuses. _________________ Allan Gardyne

Oh! Now I think understand what you're looking for. I hadn't heard it called "css submission".
If you own a site that was created using CSS and it's nicely designed you can submit your site to CSS galleries. For example, you can pay $15 to http://www.csswebsubmit.com/ and they'll submit your CSS site to 70 places. Another site - http://www.thecssgallerylist.com - will submit to 89 sites for $20. You can also search in Google for such sites and do it manually.
You can see a list of CCS galleries at http://www.thecssgallerylist.com
Does that help?
I'll delete the mention of RSS in the title of your post. _________________ Allan Gardyne
