First of all, don't treat your visitors as though they're fools.
You're publishing two colorful, flashing ads which say "You are visitor 100000. Click here to claim your prize."
You know - and any visitor with half a brain knows - that those ads tell lies.
So any credibility you had is shot down in the first 2 seconds.
Affiliate marketing is all about making a connection between you and your visitor, and seeing things from their point of view.
Also, I understand that English is not your first language, but you urgently need to get a friend to proof-read your site before you think about attracting visitors. Every word that ends in "s" does not need an apostrophe.
