You really have to consider a lot of things. How strong is your post, how many visitors, what anchor text, will it be easily placed and is related, and other things.
I would charge them $10-30 if my post is not thee strongest in my blog, and that would double if it's the highest visited post.
Just try to negotiate and make the payment monthly.
