Post subject: Who wants in on the January Pool?

Hey, I have an idea. 
[Joke of course!!! It WON'T happen!! - Moderator]
How about we start a little pool on what day the January payments will be posted. Note I said posted. We all know that date doesn't mean "didly-squat" to Google as they don't actually send the checks out anywhere near that date.
Let's each put $5 into the pool and pick a date. The winner takes all.
I pick the 20th.
I, of course will hold all the money  |

| At least you have a sense of humor about it.....that, along with patience, is the best way to get through the Adsense "growing pains", I guess. I just hope the payments start coming on a regular schedule from now on. AT the very LEAST, prompt notice when there's going to be a delay will help. |

Well, looks like I lost, the 20th has come and gone with nothing posted. 
Novermber's payment was posted DEC 17
December's was posted JAN 21
January's payment has not been posted even though it is the 21st.
Anyone see an alarming trend here?
July's payment will be posted sometime in October by the looks of things.  |

I dont think it's anything to worry about. Google pays much earlier than I'd expect. Other ad networks pay later in most cases - Burst is about 90 days from the end of the month.
Also, the August Payment was sent on Sept. 24, September on Oct. 27 and October on Dec 9 so in the last few months they've paid earlier than normal.
Their terms say they'll pay within 30 days of the end of the month - all payments except one have actually been sent earlier. I'm very happy with Google - both in terms of how much I make and how early they pay.

Guess I'm going to be waiting about 3 weeks to receive it. LOL
