Hello Allan,
You are probably getting used to this phrase, but "you guys are doing a great job". You're really one big hub to the affiliate world. Cheers for your hard work!
Cutting to the chase, we have launched an affiliate program (we being the merchant) in our homeland, and are working very hard at making sense out of the legal and tax issues for affiliates and merchants internationally:
Do you know where I can find some help with legal and income tax issues? We have tried a few firms and they either don't really know much about international stuff or their fees make the program die before it was ever born.
Basically, we're trying to get our hands on all potential "NEXUS" style issues, but abroad.

Where's that? I looked at your Profile, but that didn't help me.

I hope this doesn't sound too flippant, but usually the most reliable sources are lawyers and accountants.
