back then i'm using bruteforce, it automatically blast off your pages to bookmarking sites. Sometimes i also do bookmarking on socialmarking.com and socialmarker.com.

It is a better idea. but you required high page rank social networking site.
High page rank social networking site provide you better result.

Normally I like to bookmarks in stumble upon, Digg and Technorati. Those three social bookmarking sites can give quality traffic to blogs.

Bookmarking is fine. But the links are not very useful unless you can get it on a page in a way. So part of what you do ... but do not waste too much time. It's a lot of diversification.
