Yes, I agree that article marketing helps build links and it leverages your time. The challenge is getting quality writing in your niche.
There are plenty of automated systems offering to do the submitting but the article itself needs to be fresh and focused.

That's what the algorithms of search engines are. Human generated, article are being written by robots these days but there is no match to human written ones.
It is going to be checked by real humans when you submit it to ezinearticles anyway.

Number 2 is the most true, with the others being mostly tall myths. Chances are you will NOT get massive direct traffic from your articles unless you write an extremely compelling article on a very popular and timely subject (not likely).
Article marketing is great because there is no hierarchy to reach your links from SE's. Directories and social bookmarking sites usually have your links buried deep within their website. With articles the links are on the first tier which gives them more link juice. I have articles with PR 3, but no PR 3 links for directories, social bookmarking, or anything similar. Write unique articles and watch your SERPS soar..but don't rely on the direct traffic, because they are articles and not press releases.

Hey multimastery,
Even thigh article marketing is very effective method of traffic generation I advice you not to depend only on it .
You need to diversify your traffic generation sources so as to be on the safe side .

I probabl get most of my traffic through article marketing. Ezine articles is the best place to submit them to get good traffic.

Article marketing is awesome.
You can always use one article as your "money page" like EZA and submit a second version of it to many other article directories with backlinks to your "money article"
Works like a charm on very competitive keywords.

| Yes Article writing is a good source to drive traffic to the site. Traffic will only drive in,when your article gets approved. But there are some good directories which takes little more time to approve . |
