Hi,
First a little introduction. I'm the developer for Hip Hop Wardrobes affiliate program that can be found at http://affiliates.hiphopwardrobe.co.uk. It's been running since around December 2003.
We are currently researching what we should be adding to our affiliate program in our next development cycle, so I thought I would try and find out what is most desired in an affiliate program from some existing affiliates. I would very much appreciate it if you could provide a short bit of information on the following questions:
As an affiliate what features do you find most beneficial to you in an affiliate program?
What entices you to sign up for an affiliate program?
What makes using an affiliate program the most enjoyable for you?
I would very much like to improve the experience for all our affiliates as much as I can. Any other comments about being an affiliate, or working with a merchant would also be extremely useful.

Kevin, there are a couple comprehensive threads on here already about this very subject.
Have you browsed or searched them? They likely contain most, if not all, of what you are looking for.

Hi Again,
Well I have a lot of FREE Promotions on my site and the companys I advertise for only have a certain amount of money per quarter in their advertising budget so when the money runs out they will suspend that offer untill the next quarter.
If I had run ads offering that promotion and they stop it I will not only lose that money but I will have someone thinking the ad was bogus 
So If I know an offer will expire a head of time I will not promote it past time.
