You should read read read the forums for link ideas.
It's the most difficult part of a webmaster's job.
ANYONE can put a site online.
Only a few can rank well.

Content, content, and more content. In many cases, Google seems to reward sites with lots of content and multiple pages. Also, try to repeat specific keywords that target different parts of your web site - and this will increase your rankings in general.

Furthermore backlinking backlinking then a little more, I think the best way is to find a niche within a niche before you write a hub. There are always cracks in the armor, there's always a little hook that has not been studied.

This is not a good practice unless you set up non connecting triangles. If two sites link to one another then net effect is almost no juice.
That said, if you have two sites and you link one to theirs and have them link theirs to the other, you will find more juice!

I think the key is to try to get as many links as possible there. An announcement or message or a comment that figures prominently in google maybe not as good as your website. But certainly will not hurt. Apart from the use of keyword optimization.

Yahoo Answers is another method later to get links and traffic to your site. All you have to do is visit Google and type a search term relevant to your site and then type the term "Yahoo Answers". When you find the right question, go ahead and give an honest answer to your web site link to the resource box.

Content and backlinks are the secrets to getting a higher rank of the page. However, after reading this thread, does anyone have experience with the purchase of backlinks instead of manually. Any advantages or disadvantages of this practice.

To get traffic to your site you can use link building.It is more effective than any other SEO Field. I have use these from last 3 month.And I got more result from that.As it is very simple and very easy to work.It mainly Forum Posting and blog commenting.In these you have to leave the link in the comment as signature.
