Yea, true. Be committed and keep on writing quality
content on a regular basis. Have conversation and
try to build the readership for your blog.
Although some people won't come back again after
they leave their comments, but most of them will.
So just reply their comments and talk with them.
Model the top blogs in your niche and try to improve
your blog all the time.

Interesting content is one of the most important criteria if you want to keep your readers coming back to your blog... nowadays, there are more blog readers because they are curious to know other thoughts/opinions about a certain topic, sometimes they learn from it...

For example,one of my blogs is about the life of a freelance writer.I try to keep my posts on that blog related only to writing in some way. |

The first and foremost issue here is that you need to know your product. How can you convince anyone about the value of the product if you haven't seen or used it yourself?
If you can afford to, purchase a copy for yourself. If not, you have the right as an affiliate to ask the product creator for a review copy to use for promotional purposes.
Go through the product making notes as you go. You can then start by creating a review of the product, preferably a video review.
Follow this with articles about the product, about topics and ideas brought up in the product and any other topic that reading or using the product has sparked for you.
Invite your readers to tell you what they'd like to learn about.
You can use articles garnered from article directories just be sure that they're not your main staple.
You can also find videos on YouTube that would interest your readers.
That's just a few ideas to get you started. Be creative. The sky's the limit when you're posting to a blog.

Hello,
If your intention of marketing your products through blogs then you must write your blog content for a more attractive way so that people reading it can reach you. Write about offers, affiliates sections , also do promote your blog with products so the people can find you.

What about making your lack of knowledge of the product you intend to promote the source of the content for your blog? That is, why not blog about the product as you learn about it, as you use it?
It is true that you can blog with authority when you're already an expert on something, but when you're not, a genuine interest from your part and a candid conversation can also be a good way to bring in visitors to your blog

I find the best way for me to fill up the spaces with interesting content is to go to sites like digg and stumblupon and look for things in my niche. Whenever I find something that is interesting I write a short blurb about it on my site and put a link.
This is a good way to keep things on your site current and bring neat stuff to the readers of your site.

Selection of right topics and theme is the most indispensable criterion, to make your blogs successful & popular. Stick to topic in which you have a basic knowledge. You need an edgy title that will almost hypnotise readers into reading your blog. Imagination is key here otherwise you may as well not bother.
