We're gathering information on how often, or at what cost, your website went down - even for a few hours.

How did you find out?

Did it happen during a peak promotion?

Did your hosting provider alert you?

Any idea how much money it cost you? Lost customers, order page malfunctioning, etc.

Did your hosting provider "give" you time back to make up for the downtime?

Any information could be shared, with your approval, or kept confidential.
