When making a mini sales letter in video format, for youtube and other video sites, what is to be included in it? is it the same format as a 'webpage sales letter'?

For example -
1)Introduce yourself
2)Introduce the problem + your product
3)Benefits of the product
4)Call of action (go to this site, etc)

For those of you whom have made 3-5 minute info video sales letters
do they have to be in that format, or is there a different strategy?

Give some tips please...on what to include,...

+ Got any links to any short good effective vids?
