Hi everybody… I have spent some time on the net and keep coming across ways to make money by different means. All of them explain some way or another of making money…..but are there any ways that can help me to make money while helping others too? I know that this is a selfish world today…..but there are ways that can help people while earning money? There seem to be a million and one claims to making money on the net and I thought that finding a company that provided a clear benefit for others might indicate a legitimate opportunity. I want to make money, but if I could do that with a good cause, like helping someone in return, it would be great. So, if anyone knows any ways to earn cash and at the same time lend a helping hand to others too….it would be greatly appreciated… that’s the opportunity I want and would choose!

Hi Dukesand,
Internet marketing should be exactly what you suggest – helping others while you make money.
If you steer folks towards products or services that you know are good, particularly for the market that you are focusing on, then you are helping people.
And, you could say that is the only way for long term success. 
I'm sure that if you want to help the world further you can do that also.
One way that I can think of right now is Squidoo. You have the option for all, or part, of your earning to be donated to charity.

There must be hundreds or thousands of different ways you can help people on the Internet.
You could create a site which teaches...
o How to do well in a job interview.
o How to pass exams.
o Memory tricks.
o Tips on healthy food.
o Exercise tips.
o How to play the guitar.
o How to save your marriage.
o How to have a happy marriage.
o How to be happy.
o How to make jewelry.
o How make cheap wine.
o How to survive a recession.
o How to buy a house, improve it and sell for a profit.
o How to save the planet.
o How to kiss a girl.
o How to do memorable massage.
o How to combat shyness.
o How make a good cup of tea.
o How to be kind to each other.
o How to make money on the Internet. Dang! A few million have already thought of that one.
o How to answer questions on a forum.
You could use affiliate links and AdSense to generate revenue from the site.

Dukesand,
There are a number of "green" affiliate programs and affiliate networks that aggregate green companies with affiliate programs.
Take a look at http://www.greenaffiliateprograms.net/
Also, I believe Shareasale has a "green" program - used to, anyway.
