Well, I found that there is no topic regarding keyword
research for articles. So I post it up here.

Well, I would like to know whether you guys are doing
keyword research before you write your articles.

And if you do, how did you do it? Mind to share here? Wink

Hi Shawn,

Articles are supposed to be related to the site that they point to and each article is supposed to be built around keywords and keyword phrases.
Say you target top 100 keywords, then 100 articles would each be built around these top 100 keywords.

To be a little more specific, my website sells fuzzels. I'll write articles about green fuzzels, big fuzzels, home grown fuzzels, imported fuzzels, etc. Whatever keywords go into the search box, I hope to have an article with those keywords and it points to my website.

This type of marketing has taken on the label of "Bum Marketing" because Travis Sago's wife saw how Travis was marketing and said that even a "Bum" could do that.

I believe that if you type bum marrketing or bum marketing method into your search box, you will be able to find out more.

Much Success,
George Pierce
PS. Aricles still need to be "worth the read".

I see.
This is what I will do as well.

I will use Google Keyword Tools to find related
keywords. Then search for those keywords with Google.
And check the top website's PR. If the PR is less than
3, it will be a good chance my article can rank at the
top.

Of course, the article written must be focuses on
keywords. However, don't over do, because we're writing
for human to read as well.

This is what I will do for my article. Surprised
