Post subject: link exchange companies?
|
|
|
| Are there any reputible companies that handle link exchanges. I am looking to free up some time, but I am really unsure about paying an individual. I would rather hire a company. Does anyone know of any companies like this |

You could try searching Google for "Link Exchange Services" and see what you find
I haven't used any, although I have been contacted by a lot of them.
Here are a couple tips in evaluating Services to be sure they know what they are doing:
Find out if they:
1. Make one huge link page
2. Link to anyone that will exchange
3. Do hiding tricks with the links
4. Don't link from the home page to the link page
5. Call the link page "Links" "Link Partners" or other such names that includes the word "link" in the page name or directory;
If they do as a matter of course, ask them if they will charge you more to avoid all of the above. For best results,
1. No more than 50 links per page ... including your navigation;
2. Only exchange links with related on topic sites; and check for "bad neighborhoods" and "link tricksters"
3. Use only straight html <a href> links
4. Have a text link from the home page to the link page, at least the primary category page of the links pages;
5. Call the links page or subdirectory ANYTHING BUT link or links.
Hope this helps,

Here is a company that I respect and would consider. I learned about them through some of their quality posts and articles in some great newsletters that I subscribe to.
http://www.linkstrategy.com
Do some research through some quality resources related to your needs. Read their content and carefully check their expertise before you spend any money. Lots of spam link services out there.
All the best

You could also try http://www.linkpartners.com
I have used them a couple of times. They have a large database of websites. |
