Does anyone have any experience with these people? I've had an account with them for 2 years. They have not once ever returned a phone call or answered a email.

Right after I posted this I got a call from them. I spoke to a girl named Denise. The girl was very nice but was absolutely clueless about anything that I was talking about. I was asking about redirects for dead links and expired offers, I could feel her pain. The call was so awkward, she had no idea what I was referring too.

She asked me to write her an email and PROMISED to forward the email to the CEO of the company who was a huge webmaster (her words, lol). She assured me that he would get back to me and answer all of my questions.

That was 6 days ago.

You know what, I would be a good account to pay attention to. I have 4 websites that use affiliate ads and I am beginning to do search marketing and email marketing. No, I'm not the biggest account out there but I'm here to stay and I'm doing what I need to do. I'll only get bigger. If they don't want to give me even the slightest bit of attention, screw them.

The same thing goes for Affiliate Fuel.
