Hi
Here is what i am planning to do .
Create a blog with review or info of product i want to sell .
Post comments on blogs of similar niche (simply my views on what other person have wrote in his post/blog) .

Is that a legitimate way to promote affiliate products ? Will blogging platform or affiliate network may have objection on it ?

That is definately a great way to generate sales - it can help to ping your blogs at pingomatic.com so that it gets listed in the search engines. You can also write articles via Ezinearticles or Goarticles and link back to your blog.

Affiliate networks won't have any problem with the method. Google's Blogger can be a bit strange and wipe out blogs which seem acceptable to affiliates. So it would be safer to put the blog on your own domain. Then it's under your control, not someone else's. WordPress is good for that.

I'm not sure whether you're planning to create one blog or a whole lot of blogs - one for each product.

Whatever, I'm wondering if you have just the START of a plan. There are millions upon millions of blogs out there. What new angle do you have to make yours eye-catching, to make people want to link to it? That's what you need to think about.
