As far as building a website is concerned what is the best looking, most straightforward & easy as to use software something like Bluehost, host gator (or other similar Web hosts) OR something like Looking for good Webuilding software & Webhost !!!

When it comes to website building software you can't go past Dreamweaver (can be expensive) otherwise most Web Hosts have site builder software.
If you are interested in Free Hosting, check out the link in my sig - they have sit building software included in the package.

The new XSitePro is "state of the art" in web site software. Host with HostGator...very reasonable, great uptime, great support.

Do NOT go with free hosting. It is a death knell if you are a serious marketer. Besides, there are really no "free lunches". You get what you pay for in service...and probably their ads on your site. Free hosting....get it ONLY if you are not serious about making money.

For hosting, I really like HostGator
Aside from my first love, Site Build It, one of the most robust and easy to use for building a web site is the new version 2 of XSitePro.

Looks to me like you are already using SBI.
As far as software goes - don't bother with the HTML tools like Dreamweaver. You want to be an artist or you want to market your product?
Find a script: Joomla Wordpress Drupal... pay someone to design a custom template and then populate it.
HTML is cumbersome.
XsitePro is NOT better than SBI. Xsitepro has some very serious limitations and problems you will not see discussed. One being it's intertwining with Microsoft .NET another in the way that pages are well.... paginated as you add new content.
CMS - Content Management Systems PUT YOU IN CONTROL of your content.
If you don't mind spending a few dollars and are not willing to invest in much of a learning curve then consider Expression Engine which is about the same cost of SBI.
As far as hosting goes... if you look past all the hosts being promoted by affiliates you might find what you are looking for. The majority of "shared hosts"... all the same names you see over and over are OVERSOLD. Yes I promote them, but for sites that are just affiliate marketing sites.
Consider someone like Pair Networks. Make sure they support the requirements of your CMS first.
For little more than you are paying for SBI you could be Administering a quality CMS on a reliable host.
