I buy my share of templates. And the most important thing for me is NOT just seeing them, but seeing them in action.

Templates are going to sell if they are decent. The prices won't matter too much if they are reasonable and the template is highly desired. The best thing you can do is listen to the last post and make it possible for the visitor to see the website template in action without giving it away for free. Once somebody sees that is works the way they want it too they will be more likely to buy since it fits what they want exactly. You can promote this when you bring people to the site to view the websites in action and such. They will like that. Cool
