| Does anyone know of a forum or message board for finding out info on the "good and the bad", The company's that pay and the ones that don't? I'm so tired of getting burned! |

What you can do is joining Mike Filsaime's Review Program. It does not state whether the products are bad or good, but you can see a lot of people will put a review themselves after trying those products. So you can judge whether it is worth buying or not.
Or you can join Eric Holmlund's list. He sometimes provided some honest review on a certain product out there in the market.

You can rely on all of the reputable networks like Linkshare, Share-a-Sale, Commission Junction etc. to pay out (even if they occasionally pay out a little late).
For CPM advertising I have found that ValueClick Media (formerly Fastclick) has a spotless record for paying out on time, every month. |

I got burned too. I sold $5000 of calendars (about $1000 comission) on an holiday season in 2006 and could not get my money.
I started to maintain a list of good affiliate programs that are working out well for me now:
