Yea, very true.
If you are building your blog, spend 60% of the time
marketing it, and 40% of the rest of your time
writing good posts.

Most people thought that they just need to come up
with quality post, and traffic will come.

There are so many blogs out there, if you can post
quality posts, others can do this as well. This is
where marketing comes in to separate the world.

I never considered blogs as a main business, it can be very helpful to drive you some traffic to your website "that is your main business". You use articles to build credibility.
Articles readers are the most hard to sell costumers, but in the other hand when they trust you they are the best costumers you can get, not only but they also will bring you more costumers. You need to know what you seek in any marketing strategy.
People use blogs to get new Ideas and peaces of information to complete the puzzle but website gives the full picture with the full path.

I have different ideas for blogging tho.
It can be a serious business if you treat it
seriously like a real business. This is what Darren
Rowse and John Chow did with their blogs.

Some of the blogs even earned more than many other
affiliates out there.

The thing is you have to treat every business as
seriously as possible. Put in 100% commitment and
you will see the rewards coming to you.

Great advice . There is however the point of how efficient is this compared to other forms of marketing .
