A good start would be to get a free blog with either blogger or wordpress. Make sure to write your blog about something you like. This is important because successful blogs update often.
You can then sign up for a free adsense account and put ads on your blog. This alone will not earn you a lot of money. You need to read up on social networking, bookmarking, messaging. You need to drive traffic to your blog if you are to make any money.
You could also promote affiliate products on your blog. Some good affiliate networks would be Commission Junction, Clickbank, Amazon.
I think those are the easiest ways to make money for a newbie.

Obviously the fastest way would be ppc but having minimal funds I would join a program , get your link, redirect and buy a domain and then use yahoo answers, write articles and forum marketing.

HI prince, internet is developing at a fast pace and there are today many opportunities to make money online.For a serious effort to make money, you can have your own online shop to sell products so that it can be as a permanent business to you and can be on a long term.You would need to get a SSL Certificate for that it has good web security standards and can be trusted by the customers.I would recommend SSL Star for considering the purchase of these certificates.

The most important thing about finding an onlne business is RESEARCH!
You should always research the business interest before you jump in and put out unplanned amounts of income.
The idea is to make money not lose it. You will have everyone trying to convience you how wonderful there business is and why you should join.
It's what the business has to offer before you should make your final decision on pursing it as a business venture.

Why not try affiliate marketing? It's so popular right now and a lot of people testifies to its efficacy. You can read so much about affiliate marketing in this forums, just like I did. Just keep looking around.

All the answers above are correct, but we're talking apples and oranges.
Making money online is a broad concept. You can do something as easy as filling out surveys which costs you nothing but a little time and effort. You are not going to get rich off surveys, but you can make money.
If you want to make the big money, then affiliate marketing is the way to go, but this is not something you take lightly. You have to be prepared to put in some work and groom it to success.
You can make the 6-figures per month or per year if you know what you're doing and someone has taught you the proper way to do it. You can waste some serious time and money learning the wrong way. The kicker is finding the right affiliate coaching program to teach you.

It's hard to really give advice without knowing your situation. The best solution can vary depending on what skills you're bringing to the table. You can make money doing anything from offring graphic design or writing services to people to starting a blog and selling advertising space on it to selling stuff on Ebay.
If you're not very knowledgeable about internet marketing though, selling stuff on Ebay or offering people some type of service might be easier for you to profit from quickly. Affiliate marketing is great, but there's a learning curve involved. You have to know how to choose offers that will perform, how to drive the right kind of traffic to your website, how to get people to click on your link, etc.
I'm not saying that to discourage you. It's a great way to make money, but it may not be the FASTEST way for someone just starting out.
That was my long answer.  My short answer is to look at sites that are already making money and basically just do what they do.

There are so many options and directions you could take here. There are definitely alot of great opportunities but there are scams all around us as well. Be cautious whatever you choose. Do your homework and research each one you are interested in before jumping in with two feet. Hope this helps.

Most people ignore it because they want quick bucks. Internet is so crowded that unless you stand out of the crowd, it is difficult to grab attention.

You have said it all!!
I think you just need to work consistently and regularly.
I tell you the procedure.
1. Create a blog from any free blog host like blogspot or wordpress. Blogspot is the best.
2. Do basic SEO, that is popularize your blog through posting your blog in various social networking site, bookmarking site, forums etc.
3. When some traffic is started generating then join an affiliate program like what i have joined(referforex.com). Sign up is free. Only condition is that you have to have a site of blog of your own.
4. Promote your affiliate links there. If anyone sign up through your links, will make you earn commission.
5. Earning would depend on the traffic to your site. Therefore regular work on SEO and make your blog popular as much as you can.
Also dont forget to update your blogs regularly. Rest things would follow.
