Two completely unrelated questions:
Do affiliate programs on subscription websites work well? It has been suggested that I set up a program for my website. What do they normally pay (i.e. what would my affiliates expect to get paid?), is percentage or flat amount better?

Second, do you every actually read the testimonials on a marketing site?
