Hi Folks,
I've been able to build multiple ebooks just fine for our for-sale products, but when I made a brandable ebook, for viral marketing, there are random characters all over every page of the finished result. The compiled version with the field codes in them is perfectly clean.
Ebook Gen support has stopped talking to me, once they sent a "the new software download should fix all those problems" email. Needless to say, they did not, and my third attempt at getting some answers has still not been responded to. Over two weeks of polite emails.
Anyone have a solution to this? Things for me to look for? My code all looks correct, and as I said, I had no problem with any of my other compilations, just branding.
