In particular, what about this duplicate content filter? I admit I don't keep up on this stuff like I should because I am the only person handling every aspect of my business and I'm not very technically adept. I noticed about mid-year that my adsense income dropped dramatically (like by half) from what it had reached in the 4 years since I first used it.

This week I noticed that my position in Google had dropped from #21 to #39 for the main keyword. #21 might not seem great to some, but this was out of 15,700,000.....that freaked me out since I have maintained my position for several years for one keyword, but #1 or #2 for the main keyword phrase and now I'm #8 out of 2 million +.

Please, is there someone here who really understands how Google works? Or can you direct me to the best place to hire someone to help me resolve the problems?

Wouldn't it be great if it NEVER CHANGED. The same results day after day year after year.
