No matter how you develop your website, in time you will probably want to learn at least a little HTML. You don't have to take a class or read a book unless you want to take the time and learn a lot. This page frrom ebay has a few basics, that can get you started.

Feel free anyone else to suggest other resources.

I still favour a good old fashioned paper B-O-O-K...
I think this is the best way to get the basics into your head, but I know from the past that I am in the minority here.
Secondly, when it comes to CSS, it is often useful to study the design of other well-ranked sites you find and like.
Always keep an eye on SEO when you're thinking of making pages look pretty though.
All the best,
Charlie. _________________ "Before I speak, I have something important to say."

| Charlie...I am with you on that to. When I first started learning anything about html I started with a book. Not an ebook...a real in my hand non virtual book hehe. And I still think that is the easiest way to start from scratch. Now everything I learn new I do online...but I think the book in hand is worth more than anything in the beginning. If nothing more then to get the lingo down. |
