hey i think the keyword density should be 3 to 5 percent that means a key word thrice of four times in 100 words.....

I think 3-4 posts per week should do it, but I usually post daily on my blog. The more content you have, the more traffic you get from Google

Ugh, I couldn't sustain 3-4 posts per week if I wanted to! My company's blog gets a once-a-week update and it's #2  So as long as you keep a regular pace, you would be fine.

It's all depending on your niche, I think.
I have blogs doing pretty well, and they are updated once every second month or something like that.
Other blogs craves more frequent updates.
The ideal is once daily for many blogs, but as I wrote: it depends on your niche, and the purpose of the blog.
If you put "blog writing" inside your agenda as a task, you have to do, it's easier to get it done, is my experience.
