I believe that any product Amazon sells in eligible for commission. Some categories pay less than others, however.

I know Amazon is a great company within itself, but the amount of commission they give out seems a bit lacking sometimes. Of course since they are a known company it should be easier to sell if an Amazon is not across the street from your site visitor!
I will be testing them out for a while with some of the products they offer and see what emerges.
