Post subject: How do you find those high paying adsense keywords?
|
|
|
* Now before anyone tells me "you should work on topics that you enjoy to avoid boredom etc.". Even though this is true for most people, I happen to be one of those rare guys who can eagerly work with topics I might not find so thrilling. I can make a useful site for mud if I know it will roll in the $$$. *
I know you can use adwords to search for high paying adsense kewords, but are there any specific techniques to find high paying keywords? |

Lets say you find a keyword that pays $30 a click to Google.
You may only make 5 cents on that click.
Focus on niches and let the keywords fall where they may.
There are millions of people out there chasing keywords.
Advertisers are not stupid. Most in High Paying niches are simply bidding low in the contextual adverstising network or opting out entirely.
Focus on a market with high profits and go from there. Focus on keywords and you'll be dissapointed. _________________

do you mean to focus on the subject rather than the keywords itself?
Eg. if i think keyword 'weightloss' is high paying, i should be building a weightloss website and write everything related to weight loss rather than writing a keyword page on 'weightloss'..
is this what you mean? _________________ http://www.best-singapore-travel-guide.com |

When it comes to the point where an advertiser would pay $20 or $30 a click, they usually unsubscribe from the adsense network or they will review their ads and keywords they bid on to lower that cost. That's what I would do.
I would not pay is amount for a single click. Unless you have a very high paying product or service you can profit from.
And yes focusing on a niche market and offering good and usefull content is probably a better strategy than simply focussing on keywords. With good content, keywords will naturally fall in. Because people are looking for information after all.
Good luck! _________________ Yan's Blog - http://yanbiz.blogspot.com |
