Can one use an Adwords voucher only as a new customer? Or are they also some to find that one can use as existing customer?

I have also seen the recommendation, that one can make a new adwords account to use a voucher. But would google accept that? He claimed also one can have unlimited accounts.

I have also seen an ebook that claims to give a secret how to get unlimited adwords vouchers. I guess that can't be real again...

As far as I know, the vouchers are only for new customers. It kind of stinks, but there is not much you can do about it...
