As I said, I support the sites I visit, just not through Adsense!

Yikes
You guys are making me nervous now.
I post at a lot of Real Estate forums, asking and answering questions.
My URL is in my signature and I hope that readers will check out my site.
If lots of people went from one of these forums to check out my site and found relevant google ads to click on, would I then be in trouble with Google because their stats showed a high volume coming from the same referring URL? That's pretty self defeating, for me and for Google if they shut affiliates down for clicks resulting from genuine interest solely because they can't gauge what's genuine and what's not. _________________ ~neodemes~

I am sure that would be fine.
Surely it's the IP of the clicker not the referring site that they are more interested in. They want to encourage legitimate click throughs just as much as you do. That way everyone wins.
Hope this helps,
Charlie. _________________ "Before I speak, I have something important to say."

I dont mix fun with cash. Nor do I mix conjecture with cash. I spend mixing time with bars
It takes about 3 min to email google. They email back within 24 hours. During that time period you could post a few sentences here within 5 min. Check email and here at the end of the 24 hour period. Within that time you are looking at producing another 10-15 articles, 7 link partners, 1 new site, or lots of lovemaking...
Dunno about you, but message boards are often an easy out for no *** and little work...
But, I love em. |
