Google tracks IP's of all clicks. I am not so much worried about my account with Adsense so long as Tony isn't within my IP block, that Google knows what happened, and that I didn't request clicks. The problem now is Tony may have a hard time getting Adsense if his IP has been registered for fraudulent clicks, I don't know if Google tracks that to compare to applications.
The SBi accounts are in my kids' names. I am still trying to figure out how to change the newsletter thing.
One thing I will say, I can see why Charlie likes to be anonymous on his sites. I may have to consider that.
Minnie, so long as that site doesn't run Adsense itself, it can do pretty much what it wants. If they had Adsense and those similar ads, then they would be in violation of the TOS for Adsense.
I've calmed down ... at least until I hear back from Google

i am actually trying to refer a customer to you. Sorry i give a perception that i make a mess here. If you have reported to google , please let them know my intention for checking out your website.

I did read the above posts, and I guess the honest answer is , they can't, especially if the fraudulant clicker happens to use the same ISP. They may track IPs, but since they don't know what my IP is to begin with, (unless they record it when I sign in to Adsense) there seems to be alot of room for sabotage by a competitor, or someone with too much time on their hands. |

They do record your IP's when you log into Adsense, and into Adwords.

The Adsense program is to good. Why would you want to cheat when you have to risk of getting caught.
If anybody cheats with Adsense, then they are likely to reck it for others that are earn big amounts from it.
The more cheaters that Adsense gets and the more that gets caught, the more chance that there will be of Adsense thinking twice about their program. Another words, if they get to many cheaters, then they may scrap their Adsense program all together.
My Words = DON'T CHEAT!!! _________________ Affiliate Programs Directory - Over 2,000 Programs
