Is it true that you should not submit one article to more then one directory? OR in other words you should submit unique article to each of the directories?
If it's true than why is it so? What are the consequences if you submite the same article to all the directories?

If you are a search engine will you value several links from different sites pointing to one site, even if the links are from the same article? I think yes, because it means the article is good.
If you are a search engine and find 1000 links from the same article to a site and they are all from article directory, will you conclude that the article is submitted automatically and hardly has any value? Probably yes.
In my opinion you'd better submit an article to several directories but avoid automated submission.

I dont think it would hurt your campaign. But i agree that you should avoid giving automated submission.

I've read that it's best to submit various articles to different article directories.
